The StrongHer Project: A Celebration of the Past, Present, and Future!
This week I am celebrating reaching over 1k followers on Instagram by giving away a 6 month scholarship to the StrongHer Blueprint, a 10 - Week Custom Training Program, and 1 Month of access to the StrongHer Training Membership!

And while I’m hosting this giveaway to celebrate reaching 1k followers, I’m also celebrating what has taken place behind the scenes in the last year to achieve that.
So many changes have been made, both personally and professionally, and I thought what better time and place to talk about and celebrate those changes than in this week's blog post!
So today, I’d like to share a little bit more about the StrongHer Project; where we started, where we are now, and our goals for the future!
As always, let’s dive right in!
Where We Started
The StrongHer Project started in June 2021 as Balanced Bodies Fitness and Nutrition, which is the name of the business the StrongHer Project operates under.
Prior to starting my coaching business, I had been participating in 8-week challenges that helped me lose about 40 lbs over the course of a year.
It was during that year I learned how to track macros, started repairing my relationship with food, and fell back in love with strength training after being out of the gym for quite some time.
I had spent the majority of my life going to extremes with food and fitness in an effort to achieve and maintain a lean physique, so I was blown away at how AMAZING it felt to be able to train hard in the gym, eat food I love, achieve progress towards my goals AND still enjoy life.
And it was THAT feeling that made me want to help other women do the same, because IMO, every woman deserves to feel that good, strong, and confident in their body.
So, I obtained my CPT and CNC certifications through NASM and Balanced Bodies Fitness & Nutrition was born.
I started taking on 1:1 clients with a goal to help the women I worked with achieve balance between fitness, nutrition and enjoying life - just as I had.
But somewhere along the way, weight loss became the main focus of my marketing, and with that I slowly began to attract women who were purely focused on losing weight as quickly as possible by any means necessary vs. women who actually wanted to make sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve progress they could maintain long term.
All the while, I was continuing to make progress in my own journey, both as a coach and client, and started taking courses that were heavily focused on writing better, more effective hypertrophy and strength based training programs.
I was pushing myself harder than ever before in the gym, falling more and more in love with the nuances of writing the BEST training programs possible, and REALLY wanted to work with women who not only wanted to achieve physique goals, but wanted to do so through training hard and fueling their bodies properly.
Not JUST looking for weight loss and quick fixes.
And it got harder and harder for me to find joy in talking about JUST weight loss on social media.
But that was what my business mentor at the time insisted I do; stick to what would attract new clients by any means necessary. My evolving passion didn’t matter much, only monthly income (seriously, this is what they teach in some business coaching courses) and I felt so deeply unaligned and miserable with these tactics that I almost gave up on coaching altogether.
That was until I hired a second business mentor who encouraged me to really explore who my soulmate client was, and the way in which I wanted to work with them.
And the most helpful thing she asked was…
“What would you do if you knew it wouldn’t fail?”
Which is when it clicked that in order to be TRULY happy and successful in my business I needed to pivot and commit to what I really wanted to do, regardless of the fear, and through that pivot the StrongHer Project was born.
Where the focus is NOT on weight loss, but in helping women become a STRONGHER version of themselves; both mentally and physically.
Women who want to:
👉🏻 Be provided with a customized, well thought out training program that will help them truly build the body of their dreams, and achieve their specific physique goals (capped shoulders, sexy back, round glutes, etc.)
👉🏻 Train hard in the gym and send over form videos to help improve their execution and intensity for more efficient progress because they LOVE it.
👉🏻 Track their macros to ensure they are fueling their bodies appropriately for their goal.
👉🏻 Work together to build lifestyle habits and mindset that is not only supportive of achieving their body compositional goals, but also allows them to ENJOY LIFE through the process.
Which brings to me too…
Where We Are Now
Once I was able to dial in on WHO I wanted to serve through the StrongHer Project, I took a look at my offer suite and decided I needed to make a few changes to the programs I had available.
I wanted to develop a tier of options that could meet any woman wanting to build a strong, sexy, badass body exactly where they’re at in their journey.
Because I understand and recognize (through my own experience) that not everyone wants or needs to work 1:1 with a coach; especially those who are more advanced in their journey, confident with their nutrition and lifestyle habits, and simply want a high quality program to follow.
So, I took a step back and really thought about what these women would actually need to achieve their goals at these different stages in their journey and built out the StrongHer Offer Suite which now consists of:
The StrongHer Blueprint (1:1 coaching)
StrongHer Custom Training Programs
The StrongHer Training Membership
The StrongHer Blueprint offers the highest level of customization and support for women who DO want/need a completely individualized experience. It includes completely customized training programs, nutrition protocols, mindset/habit coaching, weekly check-ins, form review and quarterly zoom calls for more in depth progress evaluation, goal setting, and planning.
Whereas the StrongHer Custom Training Programs include just that; a completely customized training program with access to form review and support through the StrongHer Training Chat. It is the PERFECT option for women who are confident in their nutrition and lifestyle habits, but have specific physique and performance goals for which they want a custom program. So, a step down from 1:1 coaching for those who don’t NEED the highest level of support, but WANT a training program that reflects their goals/needs.
The StrongHer Training Membership takes the support and customization down another step, and is a great option for women who are not only confident in their nutrition and lifestyle habits, but confident in their ability to follow a program (of their choosing) and make substitutions as needed on their own. It offers the highest level of autonomy with access to high quality resistance training programs, form review and support through the StrongHer Training Chat.
So, three different offers, with three distinct levels of customization and support that are designed to meet every woman exactly where they are at in the pursuit of a strong, sexy, badass body!
And while finally dialing in on WHO my soulmate client is and what they would need to succeed helped me make these changes to my offer suite, it has also helped me find more JOY in what I post and share on social media, in my email list, and in this blog.
Instead of constantly posting “tips and tricks for weight loss” I now focus on providing information that helps women hit new PR’s in the gym, improve their recovery, build strong sexy glutes, backs and shoulders, enjoy their life to the fullest, and so so much more.
And it’s truly been so amazing to see the response to that shift through the growth of my page, through which my goal is to simply be able to support as many women in pursuit of a strong, sexy body as possible.
Whether it be through free content, free resources, or the different programs I offer, my motivation always lies in believing that every woman deserves to feel good, strong, and confident in their own body!

Where We Are Headed
Now that I have FINALLY found my niche (helping women who want to build strong, sexy bodies through 🔥 strength training programs and supportive nutrition plans) and put together a complete offer suite, my goal is to eventually grow the StrongHer Project into a more recognizable brand.
For the StrongHer Training Membership to be THE go-to membership for women who want access to high quality hypertrophy and strength based training programs that will help them build the body of their dreams.
And I know there are 100’s of 1000’s of programs and apps available, but MOST simply focus on weight loss and/or only offer a single month-to-month program to choose from.
The StrongHer Membership is different in that the programs are not only designed to help women build muscle and actually change the shape of their bodies, it gives them the freedom to choose which program works best for them at any given time.
There are currently 3, 4 and 5x per week hypertrophy and strength based programs available, along with two StrongHer Foundations Programs, and the StrongHer Glutes and Shoulders Program.
All of which can be started, paused and resumed at any time, giving the user flexibility and control over their own training.
Which is in stark contrast to MOST of the hypertrophy and strength training memberships currently available in that they offer only 2-3 options that change every 4-6 weeks regardless of if you have finished the program or not.
So, far fewer program options, limited support, and limited flexibility.
And while I will always offer customized training programs and 1:1 coaching (limited spots available) for those women seeking a higher level of customization and support, the StrongHer Training Membership is designed to be the perfect, most affordable option for any woman (regardless of training experience) who wants to train hard and build a badass body they love.
And it is through your continued support that I will be able to grow the StrongHer brand and make that dream a reality.
