Love to train, but HATE writing programs? No problem! Enjoy access to an ever growing library of self paced, on-demand 3, 4 and 5x per week hypertrophy and strength-based training programs for all training levels with access to the StrongHer Training Chat for form review and support.

StrongHer Custom Training Programs

Take your results to the NEXT LEVEL with a 10-week program that is completely customized to help you achieve your current performance and physique goals . Program is provided via training app with a Loom video explanation and access to the StrongHer Training Chat for form review and support.

    • Quarterly zoom calls to discuss progress, address challenges, and game plan to ensure your program is supportive of your goals as they evolve over time.

    • 12 weeks of app access to the program (because life happens) to track your progress.

    • Loom video explanation of your program and tips for proper execution.

    • Video demonstrations and written instructions for every exercise.

    • Access to the StrongHer Training Chat for form review and support.

  • Initial Program Purchase - $299 (one-time payment).

StrongHer Training Membership

    • Access to library of one-off workouts (travel, mobility, warm-ups, etc.) to choose from.

    • Each program is complete with video demonstrations, exercise instructions, and recommended substitutions for different levels of experience and equipment access.

StrongHer Nutrition Consulting

    • Three months of nutrition support via 3 x 45 min nutrition consults hosted via Zoom.

    • An initial plan/protocols designed to help you reach your current goals with updates provided at the end of each session.

    • Template for progress tracking.

    • Resources for additional support and guidance: Intro to Nutrition, Tips for Tracking, Meal Planning Guide.

    This option is perfect for those utilizing the StrongHer Training Subscription or StrongHer Glutes and Shoulder Program who would like additional support/guidance with nutrition without the commitment of 1:1 coaching.
