This membership includes access to ALL of the StrongHer Training Membership Programs, the StrongHer Resource Collections, support via the StrongHer Training Community, and FREE monthly habit based challenges with prizes.

Premium Membership

If you’re confident in your ability to select and follow a training program BUT want or need or an individualized nutrition plan that will help you achieve your body comp goals while improving your mindset and lifestyle habits for sustainable results the Premium Membership was built for just for YOU!

This membership includes access to ALL that is included in the Basic Membership with the addition of individualized intake goals, 1:1 weekly check ins, DM support, and private review of up to two form videos weekly.

VIP Membership

If you are you ready to LEVEL UP and transform your life with a completely customized training program and nutrition plan designed to help you reach YOUR specific performance and physique goals, then the VIP Membership is EXACTLY what you’re looking for!
