The StrongHer VIP Membership is for women who are ready to invest in a completely individualized 1:1 coaching experience through which we will work together to achieve the strong, fit, healthy body they desire efficiently and sustainably.

No. The key to a successful dieting phase is to ensure that you have established a solid foundation of lifestyle habits while eating at maintenance BEFORE going into a deficit.
This includes:
Establishing an effectively meal planning and prepping routine.
Consistently meeting your intake targets at least 6/7 days a week.
Establishing a consistent training routine (can be anywhere from 3-5 days per week).
Getting 6-8 hours of sleep each night.
Drinking 96 -128 oz of water per day.
Walking 8-10k steps daily.
I typically require each client to be able to check all of these boxes consistently for 4-8 weeks prior to going into a deficit.
This very much depends on your level of experience and dieting history and will be thoroughly explained when I provide your initial intake goals/plan.

INo, you do not have to track macros though I do encourage some level of tracking, whether that be calories, calories and protein, or a full macro split to help ensure we are getting an accurate reflection of what your intake is so data driven, effective can be made.
99% of my clients track for at least 6 months to a year prior to navigating towards intuitive eating during extended periods of maintenance.

All levels of training experience are welcome.
Through the years I have programmed for clients who were dipping their toes into resistance training for the first time ever all the way to those who were experienced athletes with 10+ years in the gym under their belts.
That’s the beauty of a completely customized program; it’s built just for YOU!

All programs are custom to the individual, including WHERE you will be training and the equipment you have available. So you do not need a gym membership, and if you prefer to train at home, your program will be designed to reflect the equipment you have available.
For best results, I suggest (at minimum) having a set of door-anchored resistance bands, a selection of light to heavy (to you) dumbbells, and an adjustable bench.

No. I am not a Registered Dietician; therefore, it is out of my scope of practice to provide meal plans. As a nutrition coach, I will provide you with a set of custom macros/calories, which will be adjusted as you progress. The goal of the program is for you to learn how to develop a healthy lifestyle while being able to eat the foods YOU enjoy, and providing a meal plan to follow does not allow for this.

Due to the time/effort that goes into developing each new training phase this membership has a three month minimum commitment after which you can cancel any time.
To cancel you will need to DM me at least 72 hours PRIOR to your recurring payment date at which time I will process the cancellation. The more notice you give the better I will be able to ensure you have a plan in place to successfully move forward on your own.
Once the cancellation has process you will continue to have access to your program until the period of time you have paid for has expired.
