Basic Membership

If you are 100% confident in your ability to follow a plan on your own and simply want to have access to a library of high quality, effective, no bs training programs that will help you build a strong, sexy, toned body then the basic membership is EXACTLY what you’re looking for with access to ALL of the StrongHer Training Membership Programs and support via the StrongHer Training Community.

Pro Membership

Are you pretty confident in your ability to select and follow a training program, generally feel comfortable managing nutrition on your own BUT would like an extra layer of support and accountability for when questions pop up? The Pro membership includes access to ALL that is included in the Basic Membership, initial intake goals, DM access and private review of up to two form videos each week!

Premium Membership

If you’re confident in your ability to select and follow a training program BUT need or simply want an extra layer of support and accountability with structured check ins.

This option includes access to ALL that is included in the Basic Membership with the addition of initial intake goals, weekly in app check ins, DM support, and private review of up to two form videos weekly.

VIP Membership

Are you ready to LEVEL UP and transform your life with a completely customized training program and nutrition plan designed to help you reach YOUR specific performance and physique goals? Then the VIP Membership is EXACTLY what you need with a completely individualized training and nutrition plan, weekly in app check ins, DM support, and private review of up to two form videos weekly!

      • 3 Day Hypertrophy & Strength Programs (52 weeks)

      • StrongHer Glutes and Shoulders Program (52 weeks)

    • Access to any new program added during your membership period.

    • Access to on demand mobility, core and travel training which can be completed at any time.

StrongHer Pro Membership

  • Access to ALL that is included in the Basic Membership Plan AND:

    • Initial intake goals (calorie, macro, etc.) along with a suggestion for which training program to follow within 72 hours of completion of the provided onboarding questionnaire.

    • Review of 2 form videos each week.

    • DM access for support as needed.

  • $54.99 per month

    Can be cancelled at any time.

StrongHer Premium Membership

  • Access to ALL that is included in the Basic Membership Plan AND:

    • Initial intake goals (calorie, macro, etc.) along with a suggestion for which training program to follow within 72 hours of completion of the provided onboarding questionnaire.

    • Weekly in app check in with written responses.

    • Review of 2 form videos each week.

    • DM access for support as needed.

  • $134.99 per month.

StrongHer VIP Membership

    • Custom training program with loom video explanation and initial intake goals within 72 hours of completion of the provided onboarding questionnaire.

    • Weekly in app check ins.

    • Loom video explanation of each new training phase.

    • Access to on demand mobility, core and travel training.

    • Review of 2 form videos with check in each week.

    • DM access for support as needed.

    • Access to the StrongHer Training and Nutrition resource collections.

    This membership has 3 month minimum commitment after which you can cancel at any time.
