With this monthly membership you can enjoy access to an ever growing library of self paced, on-demand 3, 4 and 5x per week resistance training programs for all training levels along with access to the StrongHer Training Community where you’ll be surrounded by like minded women for support and have access to FREE monthly habit based challenges.

Are confident in the gym and their ability to select and follow a resistance training program that reflects their goals.
Are confident navigating nutrition on their own.
Want more flexibility and autonomy in their training with the ability to pick and switch between programs as they desire.
Want access to high quality, effective, easy to follow training programs with sessions that can be completed in 60 min or less.
Want to establish and maintain consistency in their training routine and finally see RESULTS.
Don’t want or need individualized coaching, but aren’t willing to sacrifice the quality of their programming by hopping from one random challenge to the next.

Women who enjoy resistance training, are confident in their ability to choose a training program that aligns with their goals, can make appropriate substitutions as needed (alternatives are provided), and do not want/need coached support.

The training programs available are built for all levels of experience.
If you are a beginner trainee or just getting back into training after taking some time off I recommend starting with the StrongHer Foundations 3 or 4 day program prior to diving into one of the Hypertrophy & Strength or goal specific programs available.

Though each program is built out for a standard commercial gym you DO NOT need a gym membership.
You do AT MINIMUM need access to DB's (heavy and light), door anchored resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.
Alternatives are provided for each exercise (as needed) to accommodate varying degrees of experience and equipment availability.
