  • I have always struggled with my relationship with food and feeling guilty about food choices I make on a daily basis and if I felt I was overeating, the next day I would restrict if not starve myself as punishment. Amber and my coaching plan broke me out of that mindset and I don't feel guilty for enjoying my food. I just make sure it fits into the goals she has set for me. It's been the biggest win in my mind.

  • Had I not contacted Amber I’m not sure where I’d be today. My self confidence, my overall self worth, my ability to be stronger and more flexible than I ever thought I could be. My workout program that was strictly tailored for me, was wonderful. I would recommend 1:1 coaching. The things I’ve learned are so valuable. You will amaze yourself!! Anyone and everyone would benefit from this type of training program, but if you are perimenopause or in menopause, this is the way to go. Strength/resistance training is vital to our bodies as women!

  • What I enjoy most about the resistance training provided via 1:1 coaching is the personable experience. Amber always goes above and beyond to make sure that my program has not only exercises that I want to have in it, but exercises that work for me. Coming from having a hip surgery, I’m limited in some lower body activity, and she always ensures that I am not in pain and can perform all the training. Also, being able to send in videos to make sure my form is correct, or see if there is anything I need to tweak is amazing. It really helps me to build my knowledge on resistance training and makes me confident for the future when I continue to resistance train independently.

  • I have more strength in all my tasks. I have a physical job where I have to get up and down frequently, sometimes lifting something as well, and can do all with no problems! I also have drastically cut down on my back injuries as I have built more stability in my core. By consistently tracking with Amber it has enabled me to troubleshoot easier, identify areas to improve, and with guidance from her find solutions for my unique lifestyle and challenges

  • I’m super proud of the physique changes I’ve made. When I look back at old photos from when I was super lean to now, the difference is kind of crazy. The muscle I’ve put on has made me look like I have curves that I’ve never had before. I’m also finally growing some glutes which has been a goal of mine for a long time now. The physical changes are cool, but the mental progress I’ve made is something I’m so proud of. My relationship with food and the gym has come a long way since working with Amber.
