  • Women who enjoy resistance training and are confident in their ability to choose a training program that aligns with their goals, make appropriate substitutions as needed (suggestions are provided), and do not want/need any additional guidance with nutrition/lifestyle habits to achieve their physique and performance goals.

  • The training programs available are built for all levels of experience.

    If you are a beginner trainee or just getting back into training after taking some time off I recommend starting with the StrongHer Foundations 3 or 4 day program prior to diving into one of the Hypertrophy & Strength or goal specific programs available.

  • Studio Programs:

    • 3 Day StrongHer Foundations (15 weeks)

    • 4 Day StrongHer Foundations (15 Weeks)

    • 3 Day Hypertrophy and Strength Training Vol 1. (23 weeks)

    • 4 Day Hypertrophy and Strength Vol 1. (23 weeks)

  • Though each program is built out for a standard commercial gym you DO NOT need a gym membership. Alternatives are provided for every exercises to accommodate varying degrees of experience and equipment availability.

  • You can cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your account at https://client.everfit.io/login.

    Once cancelled you will continue to have access to the app until the month/year you've already paid for comes to an end.
