What Your Custom Program Includes

  • Custom Training Program

    A custom training program (broken into two 5-week phases) specific to your goals, experience and limitations will be provided to you via Everfit for easy access and progress tracking for 12 weeks (just in case you need to pause your program at any point during the initial 10 weeks). Your program includes video and written instructions for all exercises.

    A Loom video explanation of you program will be provided so you understand the design of the program and exactly how to execute for the BEST results!

  • StrongHer Resources

    You’ll also have access to a library of training programs, you’ll also have access to the StrongHer Training and Nutrition Resources Collections! These exclusive resources help to answer common questions like what progressive overload is and how it's applied to your program. How to train with enough intention and intensity to achieve results. How to calculate your own macros. How to develop an effective meal planning/prep strategy. And so much more!

  • Training Community

    In addition to your custom training program, you’ll also have exclusive access to the The StrongHer Training Community for additional support and FORM REVIEW to help you get the most out of our program and achieve the BEST results!

  • Women who enjoy resistance training and want a training program that is customized specifically to their unique performance and physique goals without the hassle of writing a program themselves or making an investment in 1:1 coaching.

  • All levels of experience are welcome! Your program will be designed specifically for YOUR unique level of experience, limitations, and what you enjoy!

  • No, you do not! Your program will be completely customized to whatever equipment you have available to you!

  • Your program will exist in YOUR vault within in the app, so anytime you have access to the app, you will have access to your program. So, if you choose to invest in a second program, your initial program will remain available to you. If you choose to switch from custom programming to the StrongHer Monthly Training Membership, any program you have purchased will remain available to you.

  • If you would like to continue to have app access to your custom program without purchasing a follow up program you can join the StrongHer Monthly Training Membership where you will have access to ANY program you have purchased.

    Or you can use the printable training log provided within the app to write your program down so you can continue to use it indefinitely.

  • The follow up program is available at a discounted rate because the first program involves more initial information gathering and time to build as I get to know your goals, levels of experience, equipment availability, etc. There are typically minimal changes in that occur between programs that are bought back to back, which is why there is a discounted rate, as well a time frame with which the follow-up program needs to be purchased to qualify. A lot can happen within in a 6 month time frame, so if you are coming back for another program after that point, we are essentially starting fresh and an initial program purchase needs to be made.

  • If your purchase a follow-up program by mistake, you will be required to pay the difference before your program with be developed and delivered to you.
