With this monthly membership you can enjoy access to an ever growing library of self paced, on-demand 3, 4 and 5x per week hypertrophy and strength-based training programs for all training levels. Basic Membership

For the women who is 100% confident in following a plan, managing nutrition on her own, requires minimal support and is simply looking for a high quality training program she can follow consistently.

This plan provides access to all of the programs included in the StrongHer Training Membership, the StrongHer Training & Nutrition Resource Collections, and the StrongHer Training Chat for form review and support.

Pro Membership

For the woman who is pretty confident in her ability to select and follow a training program, generally feels comfortable managing nutrition on her own BUT would like an extra layer of support and accountability.

This option includes access to ALL that is included in the Basic Membership with the addition of DM access to ME for support, and private review of up to two form videos each week.

Premium Membership

For the woman who is confident in her ability to select and follow a training program BUT needs or simply wants an extra layer of support and accountability with structured check ins.

This option includes access to ALL that is included in the Basic Membership with addition of weekly in app check ins with ME, DM support, and private review of up to two form videos each week.

    Say so long to rolling monthly memberships where your training automatically changes every 4-6 weeks and you only have access to a 1-2 programs to choose from. The StrongHer Monthly Membership training library houses 6 different hypertrophy and strength based programs you can start, pause, and resume at any time, as well as one-off workouts for travel, warm-ups, mobility, and core to use as desired! So, no more worrying about missing a week when you go on vacation, get sick, or simply need a break! YOU are in control and will have your program at your fingertips at all times!

  • StrongHer Resources

    Not only will you have access to a library of training programs, you’ll also have access to the StrongHer Training and Nutrition Resources Collections! These exclusive resources help to answer common questions like what progressive overload is and how it's applied to your program. How to train with enough intention and intensity to achieve results. How to calculate your own macros. How to develop an effective meal planning/prep strategy. And so much more!

  • Women who enjoy resistance training, are confident in their ability to choose a training program that aligns with their goals, can make appropriate substitutions as needed (suggestions are provided), and do not want/need a ully customized training program.

  • The training programs available are built for all levels of experience.

    If you are a beginner trainee or just getting back into training after taking some time off I recommend starting with the StrongHer Foundations 3 or 4 day program prior to diving into one of the Hypertrophy & Strength or goal specific programs available.

  • Though each program is built out for a standard commercial gym you DO NOT need a gym membership.

    You do AT MINIMUM need access to DB's (heavy and light), door anchored resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.

    Alternatives are provided for each exercise (as needed) to accommodate varying degrees of experience and equipment availability.

  • Studio Programs:

    • 3 Day StrongHer Foundations (16 weeks)

    • 4 Day StrongHer Foundations (16 Weeks)

    • 3 Day Hypertrophy and Strength Training Vol 1. (52 weeks)

    • 4 Day Hypertrophy and Strength Vol 1. (52 weeks)

    • 5 Day Hypertrophy and Strength Vol 1. (52 weeks)

    • StrongHer Glutes and Shoulders (52 weeks)

    On Demand (On-Off) Programs:

    • Dynamic Warm Ups

    • Mobility and Recovery

    • Functional Core Circuits

    • Travel Training

  • A check in form will be made available to you in the app every Sunday with a reminder sent at 8 am (your local time) that it is your check in day.

    You will complete the form in the app, upload your photos, and submit up to two form videos for review.

    I will respond to all on-time check ins on Monday via written message with feedback, any questions I have for you, and suggested changes to protocols (as needed).

    Form videos will be responded to via loom video or written message.

    Check ins are due no later than 11:59 pm EST Sunday and late submissions WILL NOT be reviewed or responded to.

  • You can cancel your basic, plus, or pro monthly membership plan at any time by logging into your account at https://client.everfit.io/login.

    Once cancelled you will continue to have access to the app until the month you've already paid for comes to an end.
